How To Use:

Using a roller ball is one of the most convenient and effective ways to get the most out of Essential Oils. This is because they can be used directly on to your skin for maximum effect.

It is high in vitamins C, D and E, which acts as a wonderful emollient, helping to reduce wrinkles and stretch marks.

To get the most out our roller balls we advise rolling these on to the pulse points. The temple, neck & wrists are all the best areas to roll on.

Researchers found that lavender increased slow-wave sleep, the very deep slumber in which the heartbeat slows and muscles relax. During this phase, the brain is thought to organise memory, as well.

Ylang Ylang – Springing from the branches of the Cananga tree, native to Indonesia, ylang-ylang flowers produce an oil that is effective in reducing hypertension because of its sedative effects. Not only can it help you fall asleep faster, but a little aromatherapy with this oil can also alleviate stress and anxiety. On top of that, ylang-ylang also has a gorgeous scent, a light floral aroma that works wonderfully as a perfume or natural air freshener.

Camomile – Camomile is a popular choice to treat insomnia. This is an ancient herb that contains therapeutic properties that act as a sedative and help to relax the mind and body. Roman camomile essential oil is recommended for the treatment of stress, insomnia, and nervous tension, which will all help you prepare to fall asleep. Roman camomile has a sweet and comforting scent that can be used as an effective sleep aid. Research also reports that Roman chamomile can help treat hysteria and lessen the frequency of nightmares.
