Eligibility for Return (28 Days)
• You may request a return within 28 days of delivery (UK time) for UK-delivered orders only.
• Items must be unopened, with the safety seal intact, and in original packaging.
• Products must have been stored correctly (as per label: cool, dry place, away from heat/light).
• Proof of purchase (order number/invoice) is required.
• Returns must be pre-approved and accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA).
Not Eligible
• Any item opened, unsealed, tampered, or partially used.
• Requests after 28 days from delivery.
• Items forwarded or hand-carried outside the UK, or stored outside our control (e.g., months with third parties).
• Partial returns from promotional bundles (unless the wrong item was sent).
• Gift cards, downloadable materials, consultations and personalised protocols.
How to Request a Return (RMA)
1. Contact us via the Contact page (or email [add your support email]).
2. Include order number, delivery date, items you wish to return, and a brief reason.
3. If approved, we’ll issue an RMA and the return address. Returns sent without an RMA will be refused.
Damaged / Wrong Item
• Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of:
• the outer box,
• the shipping label, and
• the affected bottle(s).
• We’ll replace or refund as appropriate once verified.
Refund Method & Timing
• Once inspected and approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
• Return postage is the customer’s responsibility unless the issue was our error (damaged/wrong item).
• Items returned that don’t meet this policy will be safely disposed of and are not returnable to sender.
Compliance & Safety
